A personal tool by Joshua Burch
gws is a private, single-user command-line tool. Its owner, Joshua Burch, uses it to read and manage his own Gmail, Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, Calendar, Tasks and Contacts from his own computer, and to help with personal and school organization.
Who can use it
Only its owner. It is not a public product or service, it has no sign-up, and it is not offered to other people. The only Google accounts that sign in to it are accounts owned by Joshua Burch.
Why it asks for Google permissions
It acts on behalf of its owner, on his own accounts only, to search, summarize, draft and organize his own email, files, events, tasks and contacts. Some of its sign-ins are read-only.
